We all have to sleep, eat, and take care of ourselves. We all need to have time with family and loved ones and feel value and productivity. So we have to look at our calendar and our “to do” lists and prioritize… which also means asking ourselves, which of my “obligations” are actually coming from some kind of guilt/shame?
