Homework
Point your awareness towards your resistance. Throughout the day, notice how it jumps in to avoid something.
Look for:
- Distraction
- Foggy mind
- Blanking out
- Irritation
- Aggressive thought streams
- Internal manipulations or resisting
Take a good look. Each time you notice it starting, take two minutes to become very aware of how this is happening and the fear behind it.
