Free Your Mind, Day Two


Point your awareness towards your resistance. Throughout the day, notice how it jumps in to avoid something.

Look for:

  • Distraction
  • Foggy mind
  • Blanking out
  • Irritation
  • Aggressive thought streams
  • Internal manipulations or resisting

Take a good look. Each time you notice it starting, take two minutes to become very aware of how this is happening and the fear behind it.
