Clear two or three fifteen-minute periods today. Set a timer on your phone or use a website—this site has nice timers that start and end with a bell sound, but e.ggtimer is a good alternative with a simple alarm-clock sound.
For these fifteen minutes, tune in to your inner world and let everything arise in you without manipulation, control, adjustment, or commentary. Be simply AWARE of what arises. (No observing!)
Your lessons will be sent to you at the same time each day. So, although these videos talk about doing the homework “today”, if you’re watching them in the evening you may want to plan on doing your homework either the following day, or over the following 24-hour period.
