Date night #3! Repeat yesterday’s 90-minute practice, taking special care to note any resistance you feel, welcoming it as a sacred guest. Again, ask:

  • How old was I the first time I felt this way?
  • What was happening that I felt like this?

Note: Maintain compassion and awareness with yourself. Don’t become identified with the story and get lost in cathartic release. (As good as it feels, it’s not the point!)
