We offer virtual wellness evaluation/treatment and personal training services. Individualized care tailored to your personal needs.

1. Initial assessment and exercise tutorial 
$100.00 
45min evaluation. Initial assessment includes discussion of fitness/wellness goals, movement assessment and screening, and initial set of exercises tailored to meet individual goals.

2. Follow up/adjustments
$75.00 
30 min. Follow up sessions include discussion of progress, movement coaching, in depth questions, and progression/regression or alternative exercise set. 

 3. Full personalized monthly training and exercise program
    $100.00/mth
After undergoing initial assessment, option to have a full body training program focusing on movement correction and building overall fitness. Each month you will receive a tailored exercise program including videos and written description of exercises. Includes a 15 minute video check in on progress from the past month and 24/7 email for questions throughout the month.

Carly Bagnall, PT, DPT

Carly Bagnall lives in northern California. Her passion for effective rehabilitation started in her early teens when sports injuries had her in and out of physical therapy. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in health and human sciences at Loyola Marymount University, before pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. For the past 10 years Carly has been practicing primarily in the outpatient setting, treating patients with neurological, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds and puts extra importance on treating the whole person, ensuring that her patients feel motivated and empowered through their rehab.

Michael Norteye, CPT

Michael Norteye was born in Ghana and moved to California during his childhood. He was a multi-sport athlete but focused on college football playing for Northeastern State. He has degrees in communications and Health and Human Performance.  Michael has been working in the fitness/health industry for over a decade. He has worked in a variety of settings; physical therapy aide, sports rehab aide, group exercise instructor, personal fitness coaching. He is certified in both TRX and functional movement screening. His passion is allowing people to train at their highest level without pain and with proper movement mechanics.
