When in Doubt… Here’s How to Get Out
Doubt is obnoxious it has a persistent and vaporous grip on us. It slowly contaminates our experience and usually brings along its best friend Dread.
In fact, it’s so chronic and constant that we almost wouldn’t know what to do if it wasn’t there, churning away, making low-grade discomfort in our system. Regardless, it is a movement of fear, therefore it’s not true, it’s not clarity.
The real question is, how do we get out of its cold, constant grip?
