Yup, I love them! A good rant is telling you about your personal boundaries. Usually it’s a boundary about how much heartache you’re willing to watch or take part in: heartache because you can’t watch someone you love hurt, or heartache because you can’t let someone mistreat or disregard you any more.
And that’s awesome! Thank you judgmental angry rant! Now, I don’t propose you share that rant with anyone. It doesn’t need expression, it needs YOU to listen. It is a conversation between you and you. You need to learn about the boundary your anger is telling you about, and then you need space to let the anger subside…
