Lazy! We all hate that word. But when you are feeling “lazy”, it often means you really just need some time for rest.
However, if after a period of “rest” you still feel weary and heavy and burdened, then you weren’t really resting. You just disconnected.
Real rest is in the stillness, that awesome place where you can find clarity and ease and nourishment. Stillness can be found in nature, on your meditation cushion, or just sitting around. Its everywhere!
